The SpringMobile service requires no software downloads, instead users simply need to make a video call to 88388 from their 3G mobile phone, record up to 5 minutes of video and then simply hang up the phone. The created videoclip then appears in the user’s Springdoo account, from where it can be sent via email to friends or added to a video blog created with Springdoo’s SpringBlog tool. Furthermore, if the user has embedded Springdoo’s SpringCast Widget on his favorite social networking site or blog, then all the videos recorded using the SpringMobile service can be updated to the widget.
