Yeah you read it right !! “Unlocked Iphone”. Guys over hackint0sh forum did it finally. Now the iphone can make calls , receive sms etc on your network.

As far as i believe Iphone will be available in UAE by the end of this year. Moreover , now you can customize your Iphone and make it more beautiful at colorware.So what do you think ?? Now you will be able to unlock “The Iphone” !! , so have any plans of buying or ordering ??
Great news for iPhone fans in Asia. I guess it will be available in Asia only in june 2008.
No idea nirmal !! By this year end it will available in UAE as far as i have read in newspaper. I think at the same time in India also ..

@dj , i dont know whether you will get unlocked phone online. Moreover, this unlocking guide seem a bit complicated to me. But iPhone is good choice. The only drawback which i feel is no removable battery.

I heard that the release date in India would be sometime around April 2008. That is quite late indeed.. I atleast hope that the price isn’t too high
Well !! Apple’s product in India always take time. As India is not the market which has created buzz for apple like Europe and US. I think it will be launched with the price around 15k to 20k . I think thats decent for a high end mobile isnt it ??
