I never knew that mobile phones also get an entry in Guinness book of world records. But after reading this news at koreatimes, my thoughts have changed. Even though Samsung is pretty poor in marketing unlike Nokia and Sony, it is always in news with its design oriented phones.
Before you get a look of the phones , here is some information you may find useful. Did you ever thought about satellite phone rental? It’s an easy way to solve international phone hassles. Using a intenational cell phone rental is a great way to skip the phone headaches.
The three phone are as follows :
1. SCH-B600 – 10 megapixel camera
Being a nokia fan, I never knew when Samsung crossed the 5 MP range. 10 MP camera in a mobile, damm !! Imagine the high resolution of the image
. But i think it should get an entry for bulky phone also

2. SGH-Z370 – 8.4 millimeters thick, 3g phone
This 8.4 millimeters thick, candy bar phone was recognized as the slimmest third-generation (3G) phone .

3. SGH-U100 – Worlds slimmest phone
The firm said that its 5.9-millimeters thick SGH-U100 phone was recognized as the world’s slimmest phone by the 2008 edition of the Guinness World Records.

Well even the phones doenst look that good in appearance, the slim and sleek design is more than enough to bring things into notice and samsung has done it again. Do you feel that these phone are worth getting into world records book ?? As for me, the 10 megapixel do deserve, but till when its gonna be there, as mobile competition is so high
.
more at korea news about 11 design awards also
10 megapixel phone was not a recently launched one, its pretty old. Because of lack of publicity it didnt get the attention.
@nirmal, yeah lack of publicity. I myself was not aware about such mobile. Moreover, i dont think it was widely released also. Need to explore more
Yes nirmal is right its now new, Its old one
yeah technobuzz, its not new. But making it to Guinness Records is a great think
WOW!! That is pretty, no I mean very good for a phone 10 megapixel! and then another phone that thin! they must be a very innovative company, If only they could market the way the likes of Nokia do, I think they would make a killing. But, just from looking around the place (media) it seems they are out to get themselves noticed as a mobile phone powerhouse.
yeah, its pretty old and it supports a technology thats used in korea. So this phone was specially made for korea alone. And we are way far from that Technology here in India. Koreans have crossed many layers of technology in this field.
