Hey Friend ! Alienware Laptops are widely considered the premier machines for gaming. But they’re also incredibly expensive. I’m not quite sure how their new model will be as well, since Dell just bought Alienware and Dell’s PCs have been falling in quality for quite some time now.
The DVD/CD drive is a module, go on Toshiba Website. You will be able to identify the part number that goes with your model. It is not as hard as laptop hard disk replacement.

Take off the harddisk out of the laptop, get a 2.5 ” enclosure, connect it to it and then connect the enclosure to another computer and view your harddisk as an external Harddisk and get out all the data you need.

your system memory is working as both system memory and video memory means if you have 512 mb of ram 128 mb of it will be deicated to only graphic stuff rest is for system, so shared memory means you cannot get most of your original ram,however if you have large amount of system ram so 128 would be enough for playing games and watching videos. But if you purchase a graphic card.
Add some ram to increase video memory laptop’s video card is unchangeable.or second option is that we change the BIOS setting.
