Here at UAE, as ISP provider ETISALAT has censored the internet access, at times the voip software are unable to connect. Even if it connects, the breaking voice, and voice delay will wipe off the pleasure of talking. However, with Intervoip, the voice clarity is excellent and its just like talking on a normal mobile call. Moreover, it logs in within seconds.

Account Creation and Recharging
This is where you may feel a little troubled. There is no credit card option or any online recharge option available. The possible ways are via Western Union transfer or via prepaid voucher resellers.
If you click on my account link on Intervoip desktop application, it will take you to your account details webpage, where you can get the resellers mobile number and details based on your location. So at times recharging could be a big headache.
No free calls, just cheap calls
There are lots of voip providers(justvoip , voipbuster etc) which provide free calls to many countries like US , Australia etc. But intervoip doesn’t provide free calls to any country.

Hi. Read your post. I have been using intervoip service since three weeks. No voice lagging, just like telephone. Recently I am facing connection problem at home, but in the office it is working properly. The software gives me a response : Connection failure, please check internet connection/firewall. Even yesterday I have called at home, but today again the same thing happened. Do you know why ?

I am not facing any problem as of now.. If you are in UAE ..sometimes these Etisalat network problems create temporary troubles …
Could any one tell how to get prepaid vouchers or Ukash in UAE to top up other than resellers.
