After Samsung launched slim LED TVs , much similar was expected from other TV manufactures. But Panasonic has a different outlook altogether. Internet-enabled HDTVs have been experimented well over the years but few have come close to offering consumers a truly browsable set that will display complete movie catalogs from internet sites. The low power Panasonic TC-P54G10 HDTV therefore comes at the right time when users are demanding more from their sets apart from broadcasts.

    Panasonic TC-P54G10 HDTV

The TC-P54G10 HDTV was made for gamers. It delivers superb colors. It is therefore the ultimate set to watch your games. Again, it can be used for high impact video editing or graphic design jobs where you need to accurately and vivid observe your output.

Following in the steps of other manufacturers, you have internet services incorporated into the TV. The service is provided by VieraCast, a notable provider. With this capability a user can select internet content from the TV set when not viewing any program.

The big size HDTV is also suitable for use in shopping malls or supermarkets where they can be used to display new products or simply serve as regular TVs for viewing by customers.

The TC-P54G10 HDTV does well when it comes to aesthetics. Its finished in lacquer black, bordered with thin lines and has a silver button to give it a glamorous appearance.

Quite uncommon of Panasonic, some of the menus sub items do not have explanations to them; making it difficult for some user to understand what the functions of such controls are. The company needs to include more information about each item.

For a TV this price and capabilities, one will be disappointed that the HDTV has no picture in picture functionality – something easily obtainable on other cheaper brands. Aside that you cannot freeze images to take down some details from the screen. Lastly, Panasonic needs to improve on the controls of this set as it has a poor design.
