iGoogle Live on Google !!!!

Google has finally announced the implementation of google’s personalized home page Igoogle today. An Igoogle link is placed on google’s search page. You will be able to see it if you are logged into any of the google service like (orkut, gmail , reader etc) else you can access it here .
Igoogle is an upgraded version of popular google homepage and was a part of Google labs for a long time.

Google has provided a whole lot of checklist to select the items you want to see on your home page with a google’s search bar at the top.

Instant Personalization with themes

Just one click on theme and you will have a live previw of a fresh home page. The themes inlcuded are few .. but just gives a very very good feeling. you dont need to break your head to chose the color combination and everything is just one click away.

Support of Tag with “I am Feeling Lucky option”

Just click on add tab .. and you will be prompted to put in a keyword and use “I am lucky feature”

I Used “I am feeling lucky” for keyword “Technology”

I thought let me give it a try . I just put technology .. and clicked on “I am feeling lucky”. And voila , all top technology and gadgets sites and blogs , just automatically got personalized on my page. Great going google !!!

Its nice to say a bye bye to the old classic google page. Using Igoogle you’re now able to read news, communicate using Google Talk and organize your events etc etc.
