No no, The movement is just one. The number keypad doesnt hide and the shape turns into a candy bar mobile phone. The concept seems to be, why to use a full keyboard when you want to type only number or while using a calculator.

the innovation here is regarding the form factor the phone provides.

From the sketch, it looks as if the user needs to make two movements to close the slider.

I hope i’m wrong, but if that turn out to be true, there is no great innovation here.

Mine too . Keypad seems to be ok. But I dont think this stuff was required

I have the same feeling. Personally, I dont like touchscreen with keypad as it makes them bulky and keypad is very difficult to handle with fat fingers

My head is going round after having a look at the patent. I think they really need to do something with the keypad, hope its not difficult to type.
