Free colour picker for your website

I am not a designer, nor a color combination expert, hence I never looked towards a possibility of installing a color picker. Whenever I needed to pick a color from a website , I used photoshop and pasting the snapshot of the website in photoshop. But now things have changed as I have encountered a free and best color picker from iconico.com .
