With ISD calls so costly in UAE, it do make people to look for a cheaper alternative. I have been trying out a lot of Voip Providers nowdays, and have found one VOIP provider which beat everyone else in price. I used to think intervoip is the cheapest voip service provider, but freecalls is much lower and plus it provides a lot of free destinations too.
Voice Clarity
As of now I have started using Freecalls to much of the extent possible, and have not faced too many voice clarity issues. However, I have noticed that at peak hours like around 7pm to 9pm, there is a little problem at times.
Many Free Destinations
Freecalls provide a lot of free destinations which was missing feature in Intervoip. However, free calls are limited to the landline number in all the free destinations except US where free calls extend to mobile phone also.
With every recharge you get 90 days of free calls. These days keeps getting renewed every time you recharge your account.

smart voip call cost is only 0.015 fills per minute to India landline.
