I know some friends who got flats for 25k (single BHK) a year ago and now the same is for 45k. Commuting from nahda is not a prob as it takes 25-30 mins for me to reach office. Same like from Bur to dierra. Its my car (actually bank's coz its on loan :( ),2003 Nissan sunny, I was lucky to get the manual liscence within 6 months of coming to dubai and that too first attempt :D . @rakshit, great to see you back. I know that place. One of my colleague got for 55k a year (2nd floor) before he got married. You should be worried about commuting from Al Nahda and Deira daily. The traffic sucks.
