It has been an issue since they tried to push a new kernal to the production server and now they can't get the server running again. All of our mail and website accounts are down. Shared hosting is good enough unless you earn enough from blogging to move to a dedicated host. :) . Yes, they offer lots of space & bandwidth. But here's the catch: you use too much cpu... they suspend your account. So as you can see, there's no way your going near the bandwidth you paid for. If you need nearly 99.99% , you can go for dedicated option. But as said, it will be costly :D Google and down ??? We were not able to access google alone for 15 minutes. It was up - down - up - down for some time.
