Please help to unblock orkut……
Here is one way to unblock orkut. Shift from Etisalat to DU . DU doesnt have orkut and other sites blocked. If you have a 3g or gprs enabled phone with DU sim card, Use it for Accessing.

@shruti , check out my latest post, if you have wireless modem , use VPN connection .. It will unblock everything.

@krish, The only drawback of using these websites is that many of them have keylogger installed. Hence at times they can steal your password. So be careful.

@sandeep , normally IT people will be knowing that you are browsing powerscrap website ..based on IP address… if privacy is the issue .. you can use proxut.com ..etc … Is orkut blocked at your office ??

How dumb do you have to be to give your username and password to some random website? Especially when your Orkut username/password is the same as your Gmail username and password?

unblocking orkut is not very prioritized by many, because this is an indian traffic and they say the indian traffic really doesn’t convert or monetized.

The site blocking is a very common problem)))) I solved it because of VPN tunnel. The problem is to find good VPN service. I found http://strongvpn.com/ Think it’s cheap. Some cool benefits were also gifted to me.

I once used a software which does the work of proxy internally, any application/software using Internet will use the proxy instead of direct internet connection. It was much simpler and faster as you can refetch new proxy server in random. It was only a trial software. But this kind of softwares are really helpful instead of browsing one site within the other.
I am not sure which software it is but I used it 6 months back. I guess it should be Anonymity 4 Proxy or ccproxy

somebody has entered a virus in ultrasurf,so it is not working here.

@archana , sometimes ultrasurf does not work, you can download the zip file from the top link in this post. Moreover there is hotspotshield also. You can try this proxy anyways.

Hotspot shield work with all the network. I am not sure if you are using some proxy for the 3g network . Anyways give it a try.:D
