Last week, I didnt announce the winners because of the various blog updates, taking place here , I was not able to post that frequently. Hence I decided to announce the winners based on two weeks data. Hence, my heartiest congratulations to Smackall of http://www.smackall.com ( Owner of mobile game development company ) and Techbliss of www.techblissonline.com for winning the weekly competition held on the blog consecutively. Smackall topped the list with 19 comments and techbliss was with 9 . Congratulations to the winners once again .
Are you with Entrecard ???
Lots and lots of blogs are retaliating against Entrecard because of the bounce rate they are experiencing on their blog. Johncow was the first to start this , and there were many blogger’s who followed the same. Some say they dont want it because some blogs, which have much much low readership than johnchow and problogger, cost more than them.
Why I feel entrecard dont suck
I wonder, what bounce rate has to do with abandoning a service. I wonder if you get 70+% bounce rate from google will you say that you want to abandon google ??? Many examples can be given the same way. I try to see a positive side for everything. What if, the guy who jump to your blog to drop a card, have a alexa toolbar installed and hence could boost your ranking. If a guy blog has a price of 300+ EC ( entrecard credits ) , he will be getting around 150+ card droppers , means that “drop yours” button gets nearly 150 clicks in a day.
How about monetizing entrecards guys ?? Install a CPM banner ad and switch it on only for entrecard guys. 
. So the bottom line of this discussion is that, I gonna be with entrecard till I find some other reason to ditch entrecard, other than the bounce rate problem

EntreCard is a new interesting thing. The best thing is that you need not to pay to advertise, and that is one of the reasons it doesn’t sucks

yeah entrecard works. the best thing is you need not be bothered about managing the list. You approve and it keeps on displaying till the add queue has one advertiser.

I am confused with your “Top Commentators” box. The number of comments gets changed often. I think the number of days it calculates often changes but still the order is same. The number changes often.
ohh yeah , actually I recently updated the plugin to show for last 15 days. I think I will change it again to 7 days . The plugin doesnt refresh on any day like other blogs. It takes the comments posted for the last 7 days.
I am changing it again for last 7 days ..but contest winners will be based on last 15 days comments. Anyways, you are always at the top
